Thanksgiving

We spent Thanksgiving down in Moscow and it was wonderful to have 5 days off in a row, especially for Andrew (drooly baby and all).

Honestly though, it seems so long ago that that's about where my recollection of the weekend ends (is that as bad as it sounds?). We pulled out the big old tub of legos, some from my childhood and some from Andrew's that my mom saved when he tried to put them in our garage sale in August. Bella had a blast with them, but as predicted, the boys in the family had a great time with them too.

Scotty brought down Risk 2120 (or some futuristic year), so that occupied a night or two of our time.

We did take part in our now-yearly tradition of getting up early on Black Friday and heading out to join the masses. No big screen TVs for us this year, but we did get some free socks at Tri-State. I think the weekend revived us just enough to make it through the last few weeks of school and onto Christmas break!
