If you're going to make a pencil look like this and claim to have swallowed that missing metal piece...
...don't be surprised if you're made to dress up like this and have "special pictures" taken of the insides of your tummy.
As it turns out, she did indeed swallow it. Nice little jagged piece of metal there in her intestines. She should be fine though as soon as it makes its way out. (ouchies!)
