The girls are upstairs and Bella is officiating a wedding ceremony in which I believe Eva is the bride.
Bella: "Say you promise to take care of this man when he is sick."
Eva: "You promise to take care this man when he is sick."
Bella: "Now say you promise to marry him."
Eva: "You promise to marry him."
Bella: "Now the bride can kiss the man and the man can kiss the bride."
Now they're discussing having lots of kids and Eva is helping Bella give birth.
